Employee Safety

We had our monthly safety meeting today, October 20, 2016 and recognized Toribio Basurto, Installation Foreman, for Employee of the Month.  Toribio was nominated by Justin Hiatt for the following reasons:

• Always on time and ready to work
• Actively trying to learn. Always takes the time to explain the “why” to his team
• Completes quality work within required timeframes
• Believes in working hard and working smart
• Finds solutions
• Treats others with respect and is exceedingly likable

Great job Toribio and thank you for representing the GRO’s culture in such an excellent manner.

Our runner-up for Employee of the Month was James Coates:
