Garret started GRO back in 2010 but has been building landscapes his entire life. And this passion for plants and creating dream outdoor spaces runs as deep as his care for his family and his community. On weekends you will find him spending time with loved ones, tending to his land, or gathering with his church.

His favorite plants are the native Rhododendrons decorating Mt. Hood.

Lucas Denning

Sales Manager – Builder Services GEM

Lucas has been at GRO since 2017 and works with local developers to landscape new homes before they hit the market. On weekends you can find Lucas cooking steaks and watching the Chiefs game.

His favorite plant is the Hinoki Cypress (Chamaecyparis obtusa).

Steve Dronen

Business Operations Manager (SW WA)

Steve has been with GRO for over half a decade and takes pride in building strong, lasting relationships with customers while helping create a supportive, tight-knit team environment amongst his peers. Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time in the yard and experimenting with his home-brewing hobby.

His favorite plant is the Shishigashira Japanese Maple (Acer palmatum ‘Shishigashira’).

Michael Czupryn

Business Operations Manager (NW OR)

Michael started at GRO in 2021 as a landscape installation foreman. He loves building relationships with his team and seeing them grow into higher positions within the company.  On weekends you’ll find Michael exploring the great outdoors by hiking, camping, or kayaking.

His favorite plant is the Warren Roberts Manzanita (Arctostaphylos pajaroensis ‘Warren Roberts’).

Ryan Underlin

Business Operations Manager (Central OR)

Ryan started with GRO in the spring of 2025 and has a passion for spending time outdoors! On weekends you’ll find him mountain biking, trail running, and enjoying the beauty of nature with loved ones.

His favorite plant is the native Lupine perennial (Lupinus polyphyllus).

Julia Dahlgren

Design Project Manager

Julia joined GRO in the fall of 2025. As a landscape architect, she is driven by a passion for storytelling through her landscape designs. Outside of work, Julia is active in the local performing arts community and often spends her free time exploring new places with her Australian Shepherd.

Her favorite plant is the Oregon White Oak (Quercus garryana).

Colby Seibold

Division Manager – Construction & Remodeling GEM

Colby has been at GRO since 2019 and has a passion for building with high attention to detail. On weekends you’ll find Colby kayaking, hiking, and exploring the NW wilderness.

His favorite plant is the American Black Walnut (Juglans nigra).

Jose Ruelas

Sales Project Manager – Construction & Remodeling GEM

Jose started at GRO in early 2025 and has a passion for working with people and delivering breathtaking results. On weekends you’ll find Jose spending time with his family, often watching his son dominate on the football or baseball field.

His favorite plant is the Horse Chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum).

Craig Dehning

Sales Support Lead – Landscape Installation GEM

Craig has been with GRO since 2023 and is passionate about building meaningful relationships with his clients. On weekends you’ll find Craig spending time with his family and squeezing in a round of golf if he can.

His favorite plant is the Coral Bark Maple (Acer palmatum ‘Sango Kaku’).

Sam Lolla

Landscape Installation GEM

Sam loves collaborating with homeowners to bring their ideas to life with his design skills. On weekends, you’ll find Sam spending time with family, going to his son’s soccer games, and practicing photography.

His favorite plant is Annabelle Hydrangea (Hydrangea arborescens ‘Annabelle’).

Heather Cooper

Landscape Management GEM

Heather joined GRO in 2024 and is passionate about the great outdoors. On weekends you’ll find her spending time with her family and taking care of her cats.

Her favorite plant is the Candy Stripe Peony (Paeonia x lactiflora ‘Candy Stripe’).

Arianna Supplee

Landscape Management GEM

Arianna first worked with GRO as our Nursery Manager from 2021 to 2023 and is back as a GRO Experience Manager! On weekends you’ll find her hiking, wood working, and caring for her specialty plants.

Her favorite plant is the Venus Dogwood (Cornus x ‘KN30-8’ “Venus”).

Jabien Letlow

Landscape Management GEM

Jabien joined the team in 2026 and loves the mix of hands-on problem solving and creative work he gets to do at GRO. You’ll find him tinkering in his homelab, playing pickleball, and spending time with his daughters in their garden on the weekends.

His favorite plants are the serviceberry (Amelanchier) and blueberry (Vaccinium).

Erik Flanders

Sales Project Manager

Erik has been with GRO since 2020 and loves seeing customers’ dreams for their homes become a reality in front of his very eyes. You’ll find him golfing, hiking, and spending time outdoors on weekends.

His favorite plant is the Tiger Eye Sumac (Rhus Typhina ‘Bailtiger’)

Nick McAllister

Landscape Management Operations & Account Manager

Nick has been with GRO since 2014! Nick loves getting compliments from happy customers about how amazing his team’s work is. On weekends Nick loves playing with his son Declan, working through his honey-do list, golfing, and watching Chiefs games.

His favorite plants are Hydrangeas.
