Garret started GRO back in 2010 but has been building landscapes his entire life. And this passion for plants and creating dream outdoor spaces runs as deep as his care for his family and his community. On weekends you will find him spending time with loved ones, tending to his land, or gathering with his church.
His favorite plants are the native Rhododendrons decorating Mt. Hood.
Lucas Denning
Sales Manager – Builder Services GEM
Lucas has been at GRO since 2017 and works with local developers to landscape new homes before they hit the market. On weekends you can find Lucas cooking steaks and watching the Chiefs game.
His favorite plant is the Hinoki Cypress (Chamaecyparis obtusa).
Colby Seibold
Division Manager – Construction & Remodeling GEM
Colby has been at GRO since 2019 and has a passion for building with high attention to detail. On weekends you’ll find Colby kayaking, hiking, and exploring the NW wilderness.
His favorite plant is the American Black Walnut (Juglans nigra).
Craig Dehning
Sales Support Lead – Landscape Installation GEM
Craig has been with GRO since 2023 and is passionate about building meaningful relationships with his clients. On weekends you’ll find Craig spending time with his family and squeezing in a round of golf if he can.
His favorite plant is the Coral Bark Maple (Acer palmatum ‘Sango Kaku’).
Jose Ruelas
Sales Project Manager – Construction & Remodeling GEM
Jose Ruelas started at GRO in early 2025 and has a passion for working with people and delivering breathtaking results. On weekends you’ll find Jose spending time with his family, often watching his son dominate on the football or baseball field.
His favorite plant is the Horse Chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum).
Heather Cooper
Landscape Management GEM
Heather joined GRO in 2024 and is passionate about the great outdoors. On weekends you’ll find her spending time with her family and taking care of her cats.
Her favorite plant is the Candy Stripe Peony (Paeonia x lactiflora ‘Candy Stripe’).
Ryan Underlin
Central Oregon GEM
Ryan started with GRO in the spring of 2025 and has a passion for spending time outdoors! On weekends you’ll find him mountain biking, trail running, and enjoying the beauty of nature with loved ones.
His favorite plant is the native Lupine perennial (Lupinus polyphyllus).
Arianna Supplee
Landscape Management GEM
Arianna first worked with GRO as our Nursery Manager from 2021 to 2023 and is back as a GRO Experience Manager! On weekends you’ll find her hiking, wood working, and caring for her specialty plants.
Her favorite plant is the Venus Dogwood (Cornus x ‘KN30-8’ “Venus”).

This project was ran by our Construction & Remodeling division and designed by our partner company, Design NW (link below). The remodel involved the addition of an outdoor kitchen, wrap-around decking, roof extensions, patios, and more!
