Your bathroom remodel package includes:

Design

1. 1. 1. Includes one hand drawing or plan view print and help coordinating and picking out finishes.

Demolition 

1. 1. 1. Includes disposal.
      2. Framing repair Includes repair to areas that were damaged during demo. Does not include any rot repair or other unforeseen changes that are found during the demo portion of the project.
      3. Sheetrock repair and painting of walls and ceiling.
         1. Includes repair to sheetrock that is damaged during demolition. 
         2. Any changes or additional work due to unforeseen issues not included.
         3. Permitting not included.
         4. Asbestos and lead testing and abetment not included
         5. Does not include adding fixtures that were not originally in the bathroom. This will be charged at time and materials.
         6. All electrical work will be charged at time and materials

Plumbing

1. 1. 1. Minor plumbing including moving drain, shower valve, and shower head.

Shower

1. 1. 1. Mud set shower 5’ x 3’ with base level, tile on walls and floor with grout color of clients’ choosing. 
      2. Larger showers will have additional cost as will tile upgrades.
      3. Base level hinged glass door with metal frame in a choice of brushed nickel, chrome, or black.
      4. Shower trim Includes a base level Delta Pierce or Portwood single hole.

Flooring

1. 1. 1. New base level waterproof LVP flooring.

Vanity

1. 1. 1. 14 ft² of counter is included and one sink.
      2. Stained cabinet lower, no longer than 7’ in length.
      3. Solid surface counter top with either white ceramic undermount sink (counter material and size parameters).
      4. Counter tops that are larger will be an additional cost. 
      5. Adding a second sink will be an additional cost.
      6. Faucet Includes a base level Delta Pierce or Portwood single hole.
         1. Any changes to the type of faucet or the number of holes will be an additional cost.

Toilet
